My wife and I just purchased a lot and a condo from one of your agents (Roger Roesler) and we would like to tell you about the wonderful experience we had with him and your agency. We live in Florida and had never been to the Lake Lanier area in Georgia. When we arrived in Gainesville, Roger drove us around and showed us some amazing properties. He knew the area very well and showed us some great values. After we left, he kept in touch with us consistently and he was always easy to reach via cell phone or email. When we finally chose the two properties we wanted to buy, Roger handled everything for us right up to the closing. His knowledge, personality and availability made these transactions manageable and enjoyable, considering we live hundreds of miles away. I wanted to say thank you for sticking with us through all this these past 2-3 months. We appreciate all your hard work and looking out for our best interest in the meantime. Brianne loves her lions! She has them in her bed and just smiled proudly when I told her who gave them to her and why.
I definitely want you to come over when we get in there and help me with some things. You may be tired of us by now! I promise I won't call you anymore and say, "Hey Laura....there's this house on 2 acres, 5bdrm....etc.!!" I could always tell when you said "Renee, just trust me...." You were always right. Now, I'll just call and say, "Hey Laura, will you come look at this furniture, etc....."!
Well, we'll be there Wednesday after they load our stuff. I think we may spend the night at the house on an air mattress and the kids sleeping bags. I'll be in touch. Don't be a stranger!

Light and airy, where I can paint and Terry can golf...with a view of the lake and a dock for his sailboat and a tiny spot for my Boston Whaler.
