Enter your property search requirements below.  Please include in the notes your upper price limits, minimum bedrooms, minimum bathrooms, and area of search.  For Lake Lanier searches, please designate minimum dock requirements (double slip, single slip, platform, community dock (marina style), swim platform, etc. and whether a water view is important (lakefront).  Upon reciept we will set up a custom Client Gateway search for you.   A custom Client Gateway search is capable of much more refined search than you can obtain on our web site.  In addition, we do not recommend filtering on an entire wish list of criteria, great properties get eliminated due to a "want" that could be added after purchase or that was neglected to be put into the data sheet by the listing agent.
