I can see that Golf is the big draw for the St. Marlo Country Club division. I'd love to know more about what the homes in this subdivision have in common. In this price range there is much more you could share with us.
For example, do they all have built in vacuum systems or specific types of flooring or carpeting or upgraded Crown Molding or Exterior Shutters?
