Vickery Subdivision in Cumming, GA

Vickery, located in Cumming, embodies the concept of "live, work, play."

This community is practically a town in itself, utilizing mixed use zoning to offer its residents shopping, dining, and recreation just steps from their front doors.  Recognized by the Georgia Homebuilder's Association as "Community of the Year" in 2006, Vickery continues to live up to this golden standard.  With a mix of single family homes, townhomes, and condos, Vickery truly has something for every buyer.  The 600 homes are priced from the $300s to over $1 million.

Vickery was designed with 75 acres of public greenspace, offering its residents parks, gardens, and fishing ponds to share and enjoy.

Located within walking distance to a newly built elementary and middle school, vickery is a great place to raise a family. Glen Willow Park in Vickery has a playground, ball courts, a fire pit, and events such as wine tastings, concerts, and movies at the park year round.  Vickery also is home to the Forsyth County YMCA and has planned tennis and basketball courts.

The community is centered around Vickery Village, a premier destination for shopping and recreation.

Offering everything you could need, Vickery village is home to a  grocer, butcher, boutiques, cafes, and an art gallery. Professional services include a dry cleaner and a salon and spa.  The true draw of Vickery is not only its natural beauty and park like feel, but the convenience of having everything you need at your doorstep.

Self-contained communities are a welcome change from bedroom communities and long commutes. It just makes sense to live, work and shop in the same area. Imagine all the time you'll recover and the reduction in driving costs.
